Manage real estate transactions from contract to close. You'll be the central hub for deadlines, documents, and communication between all parties.
- 1+ years of real estate transaction coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Listing Coordinator
Full-time · Remote
Handle MLS listing entry, photo coordination, status updates, and compliance for a portfolio of active listings across multiple agents.
- Experience with MLS platforms (any major system)
- Familiarity with real estate listing requirements and compliance
- Fast, accurate data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously
Real Estate Marketing Assistant
Part-time · Remote
Create and coordinate marketing materials for real estate agents — property flyers, social media content, email campaigns, and listing announcements.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Understanding of real estate marketing best practices
- Strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools
